This project despite being small in scope touched all aspects of renovation. The home had a master bedroom and 1 additional large bedroom which was then converted to 2 rooms to make a 3 bedroom house. This involved rerouting HVAC, electrical, finishing carpentry and carpet repair. Soundproofing was a necessity to separate the baby from the spare bedroom that was created to use as office space.
